Artists are encouraged to spend whole days (sunup to sundown) working on the grounds. When you wish to celebrate a Wedding or Holy Union, or family events such as picnics or re-unions, or for corporate functions, we do charge for use. Commercial still photographers, Film and television crews must make prior arrangements before shooting at Hemingbough. Our payment policy: We accept checks and cash only for wedding banquets. Deposits are due at time of booking. If using the Internet, deposit is due at time of confirmation of booking. Table placement, menu, and guaranteed number of guests are finalized two weeks prior to date, and payment in full is due at this time. Facility rental is paid to Audubon Lakes Foundation. Remaining balance is paid to Hemingbough. Any damages that occur will be invoiced after the wedding event. We are here to help you and your guests enjoy a memorable wedding or corporate event. At times, departure from policy is necessary for the consideration of the wedding party or Hemingbough. Please feel free to call us with your requests, questions or revisions. Wedding Rates You may rent a particular space or the entire facility, depending on how many people will be involved in your wedding party. For 50 guests or less, the Audubon Room is available. For larger ceremonies, the Amphitheater is used for the ceremony and Hemstead Hall is used for the reception. RENTAL Typically rental times are 1/2 hour for the ceremony; 3 hours for the reception. Vendors may arrive three hours prior to the ceremony.
		Corporate Use of Hemingbough Hemingbough caters all corporate events needing food services (see catering, below).
CATERING Hemingbough caters all events. The price depends on the food selections, number of guests, and bar cost. 8% tax and 15% gratuity are added to catering and bar cost. The Guesthouse Rooms are available by daily, weekly, and monthly rates. A deposit of one night's lodging per room is required in advance. Major credit cards accepted. Cancellation: 7 days advance notice to receive a full refund. After that, the reservation deposit is forfeited unless we are able to rebook the room.
